**Job Profile: Business Administration Officer - Agri Education Consultancy**
**Overview**: We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Business Administration Officer to join our dynamic team at an Agri Education Consultancy. The primary role of this position is to manage and streamline administrative processes, with a particular focus on recruiting students from India for overseas Master's & Bachelor's education programs in countries such as Australia, the USA, Canada, and the UK.
As a Business Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating between prospective students, Staff, educational institutions, and other key stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Student Recruitment**:
- Handle inquiries and provide information regarding Various Areas
- Guide students on their career aspirations and academic qualifications..
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the recruitment and consultancy team.
- Coordinate with Australia office and other stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Serve as a liaison between prospective students and the International Office
- Communicate with MOU signed universities, colleges, and other educational bodies regarding admission requirements, deadlines, and updates
- **Marketing and Outreach**:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to attract students
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, online content, and advertisements to boost student interest.
- Represent the consultancy at education fairs, seminars, and virtual webinars to engage with prospective students.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Maintain detailed reports of student progress, feedback, and consultancy operations.
- Support the team in generating monthly/quarterly reports on recruitment progress and administrative performance.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide high-quality customer service and support to prospective students and their families.
- Foster strong relationships with students, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business administration or a similar role, preferably in an educational consultancy or recruitment firm.
- Experience in student recruitment or working with educational institutions is a plus.
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM software.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to address diverse student needs and queries.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
