**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing paid media campaigns to drive maximum results and ROI.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels, including search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights, offering recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, content, analytics) to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
- Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Paid Media, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of paid media channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Proficiency in campaign management platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets in performance marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members is a plus.
