Understanding the Statutory requirement governing the proposed

Providing necessary input to Estimation,Planning & Project Management

**Time Management **1

Drawing List & Schedule

2 Overview of project progress & design &drawing deliveries required

Maintaining timely delivery of the drawing as per projecting requirement
3 without dealy or effecting the project schedule.

**Construction**
1 Monitoring construction activties & coordinating with theexecution team.

**Management**
2 Monitor works are as per GFCs & agreed spefication.

Provide information to the Project Team, thourgh Design Head, as

3 required & as per RFIs.

Verify the complete survey process & setting out the construction at every
4 level.

5 Be aware at all times of the activites in progress

Provide specifications & schedule of finishes as per the standard require

**Cost Management **1 for the project,& understand the bearing of these on the cost

Work with the project Team on cost control at the same time ensure that
2 the standards agreed are maitined.

3 Provide suitable information io the costing team for budget estimates

Survey marker for suitable new/ alternative qulatiy products that may be
4 adopted,duly considering techno commercial impacts.

Immediately on freezing the requirement,support in preparing concept
**Design Management **1 drawings,project oevrview and facilitate apporval thereof.

2 darft the basis reportfor the side project and abtaining approval thereof.

Drafting the Design of the project in details & detail &obtaining apporval
3 thereof

4 Draft tender &GFC drawings & detaling

5 Sumite response to RFI ondrawing discripancies.

6 Maintain an accurate register of drawing issued

7 Ensure that superseded drawings are promty taken out of circulation.

Prepare &maintainstandard Tapovan Detaling,General Notes,drawing
8 template etc.

Tracking all project, requirements & ensuring timely release of necessary
9 drawing & detailes.

Providing necessary input/drawing in 3D,rendering for marketing
10 collaterals.

**Quality Management **1 Be completely responsible for the quality of work generated.

Study & understand technical specifications,upgrade oneselfe in the best
2 practice,NBC,BIS& other relevant Standards

Study & understand of statutory regulations as required for the location of
3

Tapovan Projects & keep abreast of new developmentsa.

Witnessing,testing of materials & works time to time to ensure
4 compliiance to adopted activities

Awarness of Standard specifications & Work Method Statement for all
5 construction activites

Reviw & comment on bought out time are of approved make &
6 specifications prior to use in Construction.

Documents,Escalate,obtain for and ensure Corrective Actions for
7

nonconformations.

**EHS Management **1 **Be Aware of job specific hazards & affect Preventive Measues**

2 **Ensure Compliance to approved EHS plan**

** **Ensure100% compliance to PPE regime while at site

** **ensure effective housekeeping around work space

**Document Control Record & check the quality of outgoing drawings & documents**
1 Drawing Number, Revision Status,Dates

2 Completeness of the Information

3 Confoemance with Reference Drawings

** Understand & draft response with records to RFIs,**

**Prepare Daily Log for works carried in the section,cheak for**
**correctness, Accuracy & record all activites with timelines**

**Administrative Role **1 Plan & track daily own activites

**Salary**: From ₹22,000.00 per month
