**CTC**: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000/month (Based on interview and experience)

**Qualification**:B.Ed. - Mandatory**
**Experience**: Minimum 4-5 years in a leadership role in a State Board School

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Academic Leadership**:

- Plan and implement the academic calendar as per State Board norms.
- Monitor curriculum delivery and ensure academic excellence.
- Encourage activity-based and inclusive teaching methods.

**Administrative Oversight**:

- Oversee the daily functioning of the school including staff deployment and timetable management.
- Ensure compliance with State Board guidelines and maintain all necessary records and reports.
- Monitor school finances and optimize resource use.

**Staff Development & Management**:

- Supervise recruitment, training, and mentoring of teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct staff meetings, reviews, and performance appraisals.
- Plan and facilitate continuous professional development programs.

**Student Development & Welfare**:

- Maintain discipline and promote student well-being.
- Supervise admissions and ensure timely communication with parents.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment.

**Stakeholder Communication**:

- Liaise with parents, community members, and educational authorities.
- Organize PTMs, cultural events, and school functions.
- Represent the school in State Board communications and inspections.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor's Degree with **B.Ed. (mandatory)**:

- M.Ed. or relevant advanced qualification preferred

**Experience**:

- Minimum 4-5 years in a leadership role (Headmistress/Principal/Vice Principal)
- Experience in managing a school affiliated with the Andhra Pradesh State Board is desirable
