**Role & responsibilities**
- **Evolve strategies and develop systems and processes for Manufacturing of Engineered Products to achieve operational effectiveness**:

- **Develop and establish Manufacturing procedures, standards and specifications**:

- **Promote quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization**:

- **Maintain constant awareness of the business context and company profitability**:

- **Ensure compliance with national and international standards for Manufacturing**:

- **Minimize throughput time and work in process inventory by systematic production planning and efficient monitoring of the plans**:

- **Ensure reduction in quality cost with the help of analysis of non conformances on periodic basis and also by following suitable actions (both corrective and preventive)**:

- **Benchmark and establish best practices across the Complex Products vertical vis--vis competition**:

- **Continuously upgrade and demonstrate market leading knowledge in Strategy as applied to Gear manufacturing**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
