**Responsibilities**
**Campaign & audience management**:

- Advanced Form Processing: Develop and manage advanced form processing to collect and manage relevant customer data.
- List processing - supporting performance marketing and events teams by managing and processing external activity lists upload post initiative.
- Form Processing: Develop and manage advanced form processing to collect and manage relevant customer data.

**Automation strategy**:

- Advise on best practices and educate marketing peers about automation capabilities.

**Reporting & analysis**:

- Track, analyze, and report campaign results, during weekly/monthly campaign status meetings.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua)
- Experience with Salesforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with Eloqua is a plus
