You will be responsible for driving the events strategy, developing content, working with vendors to produceworld-class online and offline events, and deep diving into post-event analysis to ensure all activities are delivering against predefined goals. This rolewill require you to collaborate with different stakeholders, internal and external, for seamless execution.
- Performing exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all clients thoughts and trends
- The person should be able to create concepts & content on PPT.
- Collaborating with content management teams, creative teams, and writers to implement the strategy.
- Overseeing writing style and tone for all content.
- Ensuring that content strategy meets business objectives
- Designing the event format to meet the requirements of our target audience.
- Continually work to refresh the event value proposition to create greater value for the audience.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to develop and drive the event content strategy.
- Working with third-party vendors (e.g. event and creative agencies and online platform providers) to create compelling event experiences.
- Understanding the location and venue specifications for in-person events, identifying, evaluating, and managing event venues, and contract negotiations.
- Post-event reporting and analysis of event activities and ROI.
- Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across teams.
- Working in close partnership with appointed agencies, and managing budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.
- Capturing feedback on agencies/vendors and ensuring the necessary adjustments for seamless delivery of future events.
- You should be able to add value when it comes to content to any given project which requires the same skills.
- You should have the ability to develop a right logical flow of the content, should be able to think the vital pieces of information that should be covered, Polish the content flow and structure to build-out a story from it and putting together the complete information together in the required amount
- Ability to think differently and crafting compelling creative story given the purpose and need of the project is what we are looking for
- Prepare post-event reports, measure impact, and recommend optimizations
- Excellent project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint is must
