**Roles and Responsibilities**

We are looking for **Team Member - Fleet Running and Testing** for a reputed MNC based at **Pune**.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Dynamic and motivated professional having 10+ years of experience in running truck fleets.
- Able to manage drivers, helpers, fuel filling, fleet issues independently.
- Assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet.
- Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize field running.
- Managing drivers so that they adhere to strict schedules.
- Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
- Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
- Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of field running.
- Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles.
- Proactively interact with relevant departments in case of field issues and getting them resolved.
- Able to keep log of field running.
- Able to co-ordinate and manage internal departments to get things done as per vehicle plan.
- Able to co-ordinate for repairs and maintaining the uptime of the vehicles.
- Facilitating vehicle bookings for departments and implementation.
- Should be able to derive test plans based on vehicle global plans.
- Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing.
- Implementation of the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan.
- Organize the status meetings and send the status report (daily, weekly etc.) to management.
- Act as the single point of contact between all CFT group.
