**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Assist with product/service-related information and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Address customer concerns with patience and understanding.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve service offerings.
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation for internal use.
**What You’ll Need**:
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Empathy and patience in high-pressure situations.
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on client happiness.
