Behavioural Therapist

A behavior therapy job involves assessing and treating individuals by identifying and modifying learned behaviors that are negatively impacting their lives, using techniques to foster positive behaviors and minimize negative habits, while creating personalized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals, often working with a range of mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, phobias, and addictions; key responsibilities include observing patient behavior, data collection, implementing behavioral interventions, and collaborating with families to support progress.

Required qualifications:

- Master's degree in psychology with 2 years experience in Child Development Centre (ASD,ADHD,SLD Management), or MPhil in Rehabilitation Psychology, or PGDRP.
- Licensure as a mental health professional (depending on location)
- Training in behavioral therapy techniques, such as CBT
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
