Job Overview: As a Placement Officer in the Edu Tech sector, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate and optimize the placement process for students and professionals seeking career opportunities within the educational technology industry. You will work closely with educational institutions, employers, and job seekers to ensure a smooth transition from education to employment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Placement Coordination:Facilitate job placements for students and professionals in the educational technology sector.
- Relationship Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, employers, and industry professionals.
- Act as a liaison between educational institutions and employers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Industry Research and Analysis:Stay updated with industry trends, job market demands, and emerging roles within the educational technology sector.
- Represent the Edu Tech organization at industry events to promote job opportunities and establish partnerships.
- Utilize the database to track placements, analyze placement trends, and generate reports.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Education, Business Administration).
- Proven experience in placement services, recruitment, or career counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the educational technology industry and its dynamics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant job boards, recruitment platforms, and networking channels.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the educational technology sector.
- Familiarity with various educational institutions and their programs.
- Experience in organizing and coordinating job fairs and recruitment events.

Experience : 1 to 4 years as placement officer in any Educational Institutions

Salary : 30K To 40K
