Trainee- Ipqa

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Monitoring Production**: Ensure that production operations comply with quality specifications and standards.
- **Issuing and Controlling Documents**: Issue and control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), and finished product labels.
- **Filling and Reviewing Records**: Review and maintain records such as BMRs, Batch Control Records (BCRs), and analysis records before product release.
- **Sampling**: Perform sampling, maintain proper records, and ensure sampling tools are properly sanitized.
- **Line Clearance**: Ensure line clearance is performed before starting new operations or changing products.
- **Verifying Compliance**: Ensure the manufacturing facility adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
- **Supporting Audits**: Assist in supporting regulatory inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
- **Coordinating with Quality Control and Production**: Collaborate with the quality control department for sampling and testing to ensure product quality.

**Qualifications**:
B. Pharma or equivalent degree.

Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Knowledge of GMP and SOPs is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and quality control expertise.
