**Full Job Description**

1. Conduct market research to identify new tender opportunities and keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.

2. Reviewing and analyzing tender documents to identify the key requirements and scope of work.

3. Preparing and coordinating tender submissions, including compiling necessary documents and ensuring they are submitted within the deadlines.

4.Collaborating with internal departments, such as sales, marketing, legal, and finance, to obtain necessary information and support for the tender submission.

5.Participating in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and other activities to gather information and clarify requirements.

6.Drafting and reviewing contracts, proposals, and other legal documents related to the tender submission.

7.Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners to ensure a good understanding of their requirements and preferences.

8.Providing regular updates and reports to management on the status of tender submissions and contracts.

9. Minimum 2 years of experience required of industry

10.Experince GEM Portal: 2 years (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹32,010.63 per month
