**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year**:

- **Client Strategy**: Develop and implement client service strategies to enhance client satisfaction and achieve business objectives
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- ** Project Oversight**: Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- ** Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction, team performance, and business outcomes to senior management.
- ** Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any client issues or escalations promptly and effectively.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and to identify opportunities for process improvement.

**Qualifications**:- **Experience**: Prior experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role, with a proven track record of leadership.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- **Organization**: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- **Proactivity**: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive results.
- **Technology**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- **Attitude**: Client-focused, results-driven, and a team player.
