**About the Role**

We are seeking motivated **Freelance Sales Executives** to generate quality leads for our education programs. This is a **calling-based freelance opportunity**, ideal for individuals who want to work flexibly from home and earn based on performance.

You will be responsible for making calls, identifying genuine leads, and sharing them with our inside sales team. Our in-house team will handle the closures, and you will receive **incentives on every successful conversion.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential students/parents from the provided lead database.
- Pitch educational services and assess interest.
- Identify & qualify genuine leads.
- Forward interested prospects to the inside sales team.
- Maintain basic lead records and update status.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in Hindi/English (regional languages are a plus).
- Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
- Laptop/desktop, Mobile, sim card and stable internet connection.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-focused.
