**Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities & Admin. Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, and front desk operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day management of office operations. Additionally, you will handle inventory management, billing, and invoicing duties.

As part of the workplace experience team, you will also provide support to other team members as needed. Join our dynamic team and contribute to the smooth functioning of our office operations and facilities.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, travel management.
- Expert in understanding the nuances of International Travel, Visa.
- Supervise the day-to-day management of office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and functional workspace.
- Maintain inventory levels of office supplies, order new supplies when needed, and manage vendor relationships and negotiations.
- Process billing and invoicing for various services, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient administrative procedures.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and services across our offices.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 6+ years’ experience in office administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
- Prior experience in inventory management and billing/invoicing is desirable.
- Tech savvy and knack of solving problems by creating a great customer experience.

**Preferred Qualification**:

- Exposure to facilities management.
