**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings and regularly monitoring project progress.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Outlining, undertaking, and assigning project tasks as required.
- Developing project strategies.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- Reviewing and analyzing system specifications.
- Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
- Analyzing test results and reporting to the development team.
- Working with the development team to correct bugs and errors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
- 2-3 years of experience in the product development field.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- A good working knowledge of test management software, programming languages, QA methodologies, and testing tools.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using tools such as GitHub, Jira, ERPNext, Slack, and MS Office/Google Docs.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Residing in/ready to move to Mumbai city
- Have a functional understanding of front-end development technology to understand the feasibility of proposed designs.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
