Store Keeper and Accounts

**Position**: Store Keeper **and Accounts**
**Experience Required**: Minimum 5 years
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage **inward and outward material movement** with proper documentation and system entries.
- Maintain **inventory records**, stock reconciliation, and ensure accuracy in quantity and quality checks.
- Coordinate with **purchase, production, and accounts departments** for smooth flow of materials.
- Handle **accounting entries** related to store transactions such as GRN, issue slips, and stock returns.
- Monitor and control **minimum and maximum stock levels** to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure **timely dispatch and receipt** of materials with proper supporting documents.
- Maintain **neat, systematic storage** of materials as per identification and safety norms.
- Prepare and review **daily/weekly/monthly stock reports** and assist in audits.
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in store management and inventory control.
- Sound knowledge of **storekeeping procedures, ERP or Tally software**, and basic accounting.
- Strong attention to detail, discipline, and record-keeping ability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
**Education**:
- Graduate or Diploma (Preferred in Commerce / Supply Chain / Material Management).
**Salary**: As per industry standards and experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
