**Key Responsibilities Area**:

- **Safety Policies and Procedure**
- Develop, implement and update safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
- Monitor adherence to these policies and procedures across the factory.
- **Risk Assessment and Management**
- Conduct regular risk assessment and hazard analysis to identify potential safety issues.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to mitigate identifies risks.
- **Safety Training and Education**
- Organize and conduct safety training session for employees to promote awareness and adherence to safety standards.
- Ensure employees are informed about emergency procedures, equipment handling and other relevant safety practices
- **Incident Investigation**
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near miss to determine root causes and develop preventive measures.
- Maintain detailed records of incidents and report finding to management
- **Safety Inspection and Audits**
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the factory premises, equipment and practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify areas for improvement
- **Emergency Preparedness**
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures
- Coordinate regular emergency drills and ensure all employees are trained in emergency response.
- **Regulatory Compliance**
- Stay updated with the latest safety regulations and standards.
- Ensure the factory complies with all relevant safety laws and regulations
- **Safety Equipment Management**
- Ensure the availability and proper functioning of safety equipment's and personal protective equipment's.
- Monitor and maintain an inventory of safety equipment and supplies.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and present regular safety reports to the plant manager / Operation manager
- Maintain accurate and up to date safety record and documentation

**Qualification and Experience**
- Strong knowledge of GPCB & OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards
- Excellent communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
