Nursing Lecturer

Contribute to the development and enhancement of nursing curricula.
- Stay current with advancements in nursing practice and integrate relevant content into the curriculum.
- Deliver engaging and effective lectures to undergraduate and/or graduate nursing students.
- Facilitate classroom discussions, practical demonstrations, and clinical simulations.
- Provide guidance and supervision to nursing students during clinical rotations.
- Ensure students' clinical experiences align with program objectives and standards.
- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate students' understanding of nursing concepts and skills.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students for academic and clinical performance improvement.
- Serve as a mentor to nursing students, offering guidance on academic and professional development.
- Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages student success.
- Engage in scholarly activities, including research, publications, and presentations.
- Contribute to the advancement of nursing education and evidence-based practice.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in nursing education.
- Attend conferences, workshops, and other professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and healthcare professionals to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Participate in departmental meetings and committees.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid nursing license (RN) in [state/jurisdiction].
- Teaching experience in nursing education preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
