- **Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.**:

- **Collaborates with senior management, external auditors, and other departments to achieve organizational goals.**:

- **Monitors the implementation of audit recommendations, identifies areas for process improvement, and promotes a culture of continuous learning and high performance.**

**Skills**:

- **The ability to plan, execute, and manage audit projects effectively, including resource allocation, timeline management, and scope definition.**:

- **Good Communication Skills Verbal & writing abilities.**:

- **A strong understanding of the organization's business operations, industry trends, and regulatory environment is valuable for providing relevant audit insights.**:

- **The ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions is vital for addressing audit findings.**

**Education and Experience**:

- **Relevant Experience: 04 to 05 Years.**:

- **Working knowledge of Busy Accounting software would be an added advantage.**
