**Role Overview**:
The Service Captain oversees the **entire service floor**, ensuring smooth operations, excellent guest experience, and coordination between the FOH team and kitchen. They act as the **floor-in-charge** when the Manager is not present.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage the full service area during all shifts.
- Lead Service Associates and Trainees; assign tasks and ensure SOP compliance.
- Step in for the Restaurant/Floor Manager during absence, handling escalations and shift decisions.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and pass to ensure timely, accurate order flow.
- Maintain service quality, table readiness, cleanliness, and stock of service supplies.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Support POS operations, billing, and cash handling when required.
- Train new staff and support performance improvement of the team.
- Drive upselling of combos, beverages, add-ons, and loyalty program awareness.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in restaurant service; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, team management, and guest-handling skills.
- Good understanding of POS systems and service SOPs.
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

**Work Conditions**
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Active, fast-paced work environment requiring standing/walking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
