*Revenue Boosters* is a performance-focused hotel growth company helping properties scale on OTAs like MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, and others. We enable hotels to convert their data into high-performing demand through better visibility, optimized content, and expert account management.
*Role Overview:*

We’re looking for a driven *Inside Sales Specialist* to join our Punjab-based team. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to hotels, explaining our value proposition, and onboarding new clients who want to grow their bookings through OTAs. This is an *on-site role*, ideal for professionals from Punjab or those looking to return to their hometown to build a meaningful career.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Conduct outbound calls to hotel owners, GMs, and decision-makers to pitch our services
- Explain how Revenue Boosters helps hotels grow their OTA revenue and improve online presence
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain a structured follow-up schedule
- Maintain lead details and call records using Excel and internal tools
- Coordinate with onboarding and account teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale
- Consistently meet monthly acquisition targets- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or client acquisition (hospitality or OTA experience is a bonus)
- Fluent in *Punjabi, Hindi, and English* — able to build trust quickly over the phone
- Goal-oriented and self-driven with strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable using Excel and basic computer tools for lead tracking and reporting
- Looking to build a long-term career in hospitality, sales, or travel tech
