**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage monthly content calendar for Instagram (Posts, Reels, Stories, Threads & Pinterest).
- Take videos of products, behind-the-scenes, customer testimonials, and styling ideas.
- Edit videos for Reels and Stories using Canva, CapCut, or any preferred app.
- Create engaging, creative story formats to connect with our audience daily.
- Handle customer inquiries via Instagram DM and assist with **video call shopping sessions**.
- Collaborate with the in-store team to shoot content on time and highlight new arrivals and collections.
- Work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and visual style.
- Track performance of content and suggest improvements.

**Experience Required**:

- **Minimum 2+ years** of experience in handling **Instagram and content creation** for a **retail brand** (preferably jewellery, apparel, or fashion lifestyle).
- Strong understanding of Instagram trends, audio, filters, and customer preferences.
- Experience in **engaging customers digitally** via social media and **video call selling.**:

- Should have a good aesthetic sense, an eye for detail, and a hands-on approach.
- Must be **creative, self-driven, camera-friendly**, and able to think out of the box.
- Fluent in **Tamil and English** - good communication and presentation skills.
- Should enjoy customer interaction and storytelling through content.
- Willing to work full-time at our boutique in **T. Nagar, Chennai**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
