As an **Inbound Sales Representative** working onsite in Mumbai, Maharashtra, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.
**What You'll be Doing**
Are you results focused and love to help others? Do you have a passion to maximize sales opportunities? In this role, you'll work effectively to service and upsell client products to existing customers or prospective inquiries. Focused on educating the customer on their current products or services, you'll also identify and capitalize on all other sale opportunities for products that may pair well with their current products and future needs. Whether it's qualifying leads, resolving unique customer concerns, or fulfilling a need with a smile, you'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
**During a Typical Day, You'll**
- Bring your passion and product and brand knowledge to handle customer interactions, management objections and ultimately close the sale
- Effectively listen and ask pertinent questions to identify sales opportunity cues, recommend, quote and negotiate products or services that meet those customer needs
**What You Bring to the Role**
- Applied sales experience with a customer focus mindset
- Impeccable spoken and written English language skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
