We are seeking a proactive and motivated **Freight Broker** with 6 months to 3 years of experience in logistics and transportation. If you have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first attitude, and are ready to grow with a dynamic logistics team, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage freight shipments from start to finish.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients.
- Negotiate rates and lanes with carriers.
- Track and trace shipments, resolving issues proactively.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months - 3 years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of U.S. freight market.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
