OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
- Drive Sales for GOQii Diabetes Care Product in the assigned territories
- Generate prescriptions for GOQii Diabetes Care from the targeted pool of
Diabetologists, Endocrinologists using scientific communications and curated
activities for clinic/hospitals.
- Ensure Patient on-boarding on GDC inside the doctors clinic to help
improve patient outcomes in Diabetes.
- Create and manage key accounts (Top KOL, KBL Diabetologists) for
maximising business and creating more prescribers down the line.
Business
- Drive patient outcomes in the defined territory by following brand and sales
strategies defined as a part of annual/medium-term plans.
- To achieve defined results, driving the on-boarding of patients, providing
weekly, monthly and quarterly analysis and assessment of KPIs related to
diabetologist coverage, physician coverage, planned/actual number of visits,
data of internal and external measures of visit efficiency.
- Developing meaningful engagements with KOLs & HCPs and improving the
sales competencies in this area.
- Ensuring external stakeholders receive proper product messaging in an
effective & sufficient manner in compliance with the local regulations.
- To keep up to date on developments about Digital Therapeutics and
Technology in Diabetes market and generate insights on probable effects of
these developments on Takeda & provide relevant advice on updating GOQii
Disease management program strategies pro-actively.
- Foster strong relationships and work effectively with the wider cross
- functional team

- Prior knowledge of health tech product sellings will be an advantage

innovation in medicine
- Customer & Patient centricity - Focuses on customer satisfaction and
delivers a quality service or product to the agreed standards; understands the
unmet needs of the patients
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Pharmacy
- PGDBA/MBA desirable not necessary
- Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience with at least 3years within
Diabetes segment in pharmaceutical MNC / Medical devices in Diabetology.
- Experience in managing customer relationships across the full spectrum of
customer types in healthcare industry : HCPs/Drs, Hospitals, Trade and
offline activations.
- Good Rapport and business relations with Diabetologists/Endocrinologists in
their respective zone.
- Account management experience is desirable.
