**Job summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Develop detailed business plans and strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and validate business needs.
- Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements process flows and use cases.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure that business requirements are translated into technical specifications.
- Monitor and track project progress ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
- Develop and deliver training materials to ensure successful implementation of new processes and systems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Continuously evaluate and improve business analysis processes and methodologies.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong background in Business Analysis and Planning.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have experience in developing detailed business plans and strategies.
- Show proficiency in creating comprehensive documentation.
- Be adept at facilitating meetings and workshops.
- Have a proven track record of working closely with IT teams.
- Be skilled in conducting user acceptance testing.
- Display the ability to monitor and track project progress.
- Be capable of developing and delivering training materials.
- Show continuous improvement in business analysis processes.
- Have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience.
