**Job Opening: Health Claim Coordinator (Telecaller Verification)**

**Position**: Health Claim Coordinator
**Location**: Mumbai

Experience in health insurance field: ₹12,000 to ₹14,000

**Qualifications**: Graduate in any field or Specialization in Health Insurance Sector (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
**Language Skills**: Proficiency in English, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu,Marathi, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact patients and hospitals to assist in the claims process.
- Review and verify the details of each claim to assess its authenticity.
- Ensure that treatments provided to patients are legitimate and within the guidelines.
- Collect and organize data to prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure all claims are processed within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT).
- Adhere to all required procedures and guidelines while processing claims.
- Maintain accuracy in all data entries and reporting.
- Basic in MS Excel is required.

**Note**:

- This isn't a position focused on sales.
