**Job Location**:
Hyderabad (Accommodation may be provided)

Guest Service Associates are responsible for helping guests and customers in hotels or hospitality locations. Your role is to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests at the reception or service counter
- Help guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel services, rooms, and facilities
- Guide guests politely using basic sign communication or written instructions
- Coordinate with other hotel staff if needed
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the service area
- Follow safety and hygiene guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of sign language or written communication
- Friendly, polite, and neat appearance
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts
- No prior experience required (training provided)

**Salary**:
₹13,000 to ₹18,000 (starting)
