Medical Transcriptionist

Seeking medical transcriptionist to (1) type out medical reports from audio dictations, to (2) summarize medical records from PDFs and (3) perform Quality Review of medical Reports. Must have all necessary equipment, i.e. personal computer, pedal, headset, etc. Voice files are usually MP3 formats.
We have doctors that work with us that are not native English speakers and have accents that may make it difficult to transcribe. For that reason we ask that applicants have previous experience with ESL doctors.
Completed reports will be uploaded to secure servers to the referring agencies.
Applicants will work 8 AM to 5 PM PST (California, USA) with a one-hour lunch break. Probationary period of 90 days.
Please note, we will NOT train you to be a transcriber and you must be familiar with medical terminology required for that purpose. We expect that you will have that knowledge in advance. We will train you on how to prepare and complete our reports for our clients.
Work is paid by month at a rate of 300 USD monthly. If you are seeking to be paid by the line or by the piece, please do not apply.
TWO years' MT experience required. If you do not have at least 2 years' of experience, please do not apply.
