Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Sales Strategy:

- Lead corporate sales initiatives in the Bengaluru region, targeting key industries and businesses.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to

achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Drive sales and lead generation efforts through both direct and indirect

channels, ensuring growth in the region.

2. Regional Expansion s Ecosystem Development:

- Identifyand capitalizeon regionalbusiness opportunities, driving market

penetration and brand presence.
- Develop a strategic roadmap for building partnerships and expanding alternate

sales channels.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring sustainability

growth across the Bengaluru region.
- Develop and execute strategies for local market adaptation and growth,

while maintaining alignment with the company’s overall objectives.

3. Building Strategic Partnerships:

- Identify, establish and nurture key partnerships with corporates, channel

partners and strategic stakeholders.
- Develop long-term relationships with influencers, CXOs, investors and

promoters to ensure sustained business development opportunities.
- Negotiate and close high-value partnerships and contracts to support

business growth.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to

align business development efforts with customer needs and markettrends.
- Work closely with the product team to provide valuable customer insights into

new offerings and modifications to existing products/ Services.
- Ensure a seamless handover of leads to the sales and account management

teams and collaborate on customer engagementinitiatives.

5. Client RelationshipManagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders at the

CXO and leadership levels.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing

solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing ongoing support

and nurturing client relationships.

6. Reporting sAnalysis:

- Regularly report on sales performance, market trends and competitive

landscape to senior leadership.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to fine-tune business

development strategies and improve sales effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets, ensuring that the

team meets or exceeds set goals.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 8-12 years of experience in business development, corporate sales and

partnership management, with a focus on the Bengaluru region.
- Proven success in building and managing sales teams,achieving revenue growth,

and expanding market presence.
- Strong experience in developing and executing regional growth strategies,

including building partnerships and alternative sales channels.
- Experience in selling at the CXO, investor and promoter levels with a

deep understanding of client needs and expectations.
- Skills:

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage

and influence senior executives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of business development

and growth functions.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, result-driven environment, with a strong

focus on outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify markettrends and adjust

strategies accordingly.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools to track performance and

manage customer relationships.
- Education:

- Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (CA/ MBA finance is plus).

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
