_**Designation**:_Junior Executive - Accounts_
- **Qualifications**:_B.Com/M.Com_
- **Experience**:_2-3 years_
- **Package**:_INR 2 to 2.5 L per annum_
- **Job Requirements**:_
- 1. Approximately 2-3 year experience in handling accounts in a manufacturing company._
- 2. Working knowledge of Tally ERP.9, MS Office (Excel, Outlook) is a must._
- 3. Should be proficient with Excel formulae like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables etc._
- 4. SAP B1 experience will be preferred._
- 5. Morning 9 am to 6 pm_**Responsibilities**:_
- 1. To carry out the overall financial & accounting functions._
- 2. To carry out Bill Passing, Vendor Payments & solve discrepancies etc._
- 3. To follow up Account Receivables and book incoming payments._
- 4. Familiar with GST/TDS Working & Returns process._
- 5. Bank Reconciliation & Vendor / Customer Account Reconciliation._
- 6. To assist with coordination & preparation of the audit process._
- 7. To assist with year-end closings._
- 8. Tracking of all recurring postings to ensure payment before due dates like monthly Phone, Internet & MSEB bills etc._
- 9. Knowledge of RTGS / NEFT payments._
- 10. Statutory payments on the internet like PF, ESI, and PT etc._
- 11. Co-ordination with transport agencies for arranging the domestic shipments._
- 12. Shipment tracking and maintaining records in SAP B1 / Excel._
- 13. Should know how to operate Outlook & be able to send official mails to Customers / Vendors._
- 14. Familiar with Sales Activity _

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
