Job Title: Hotel Front Office Receptionist (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and check-in guests
- Handle reservations and room assignments
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests
- Process payments and manage billing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Maintain guest records and hotel database
- Provide local area information and recommendations
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure a smooth check-out process

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English (additional languages beneficial)
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree preferred)
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,435.90 - ₹18,000.00 per month
