Ui/ux Designer

**Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who has worked with **luxury products, premium brands, or diamond jewelry** and understands the psychology of high-ticket customers. The designer will lead digital experience creation for Jewel Label’s storefronts, dashboards, landing pages, and brand-specific design systems.

This role demands an eye for refinement, balance, and aesthetic nuance—qualities that define luxury commerce.

**Key ResponsibilitiesUX Responsibilities**
- Conduct user research on jewelry buyers, luxury consumers, and digital shopping behavior.
- Plan user journeys for premium D2C stores, ensuring effortless browsing and high conversions.
- Create wireframes, flows, and prototypes for mobile and web.
- Improve usability of vendor dashboards and consumer-facing storefronts.

**UI Responsibilities**
- Design visually sophisticated interfaces aligned with luxury standards.
- Build consistent design systems for Glow, Shine, and Luxe brand tiers.
- Translate complex concepts like certification, catalog sync, and pricing logic into clear visuals.
- Work with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation on React/Next.js.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 1-3 years of UI/UX experience, ideally in luxury, jewelry, fashion, lifestyle, or high-end e-commerce.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating elegant, mínimal, premium-quality designs.
- Deep understanding of typography, spacing, grids, and luxury color psychology.
- Ability to convert complex technical workflows into simple interfaces.
- Experience designing for mobile-first commerce.
- Strong communication skills to work with product managers, developers, and brand teams.

**Preferred Expertise (Luxury & Jewelry Specific)**
- Experience designing **diamond jewelry websites, catalogs, or mobile apps**.
- Familiarity with product storytelling for premium items.
- Understanding of **high-value buyer trust triggers** such as certification visibility, lighting aesthetics, product zoom quality, and emotional copy placement.
- Experience in creating layouts that highlight craftsmanship, shine, and elegance.
- Knowledge of **premium packaging, gifting flows, unboxing experience** design.

**Tools & Software Proficiency**
- Figma (mandatory)
- Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Prototyping tools (Framer/Webflow knowledge is a bonus)
- Familiarity with React/Next.js design handoff practices
- Ability to create design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines

**Compensation & Work Model**
- Competitive industry salary (based on experience and portfolio).
- Full-time role (hybrid or onsite, depending on your internal preference).
- Quarterly performance bonuses based on brand launches and UI/UX impact.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
