**1. Sales Executive - Real EstateExperience**: 1-3 years in Real Estate Sales**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle walk-in and inbound inquiries at site and office.
- Pitch residential/commercial projects to potential clients.
- Arrange and conduct site visits with prospects.
- Convert leads into bookings by understanding client needs and budget.
- Maintain client database and follow up effectively.
- Coordinate with CRM and Documentation teams for booking formalities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in real estate sales (construction/residential projects).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric and target-oriented mindset.
- Own vehicle preferred.

**2. Sales Manager - Real EstateExperience**: 5-8 years in Real Estate Sales**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
- Strategize and execute sales plans for project inventory movement.
- Manage channel partner relationships and drive CP-based sales.
- Handle HNI and bulk buyer negotiations.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Ensure documentation, follow-up, and customer satisfaction post-sale.

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Pune’s real estate market.
- Experience with CRM tools and data-driven approach.

**3. Pre-Sales Executive - Real EstateExperience**: 1-3 years in Real Estate Pre-sales / Telecalling**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate inquiries.
- Explain project details to potential buyers.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits for sales team.
- Maintain lead tracking system and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support digital marketing team by following up on campaign leads.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and telecalling skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate projects and industry.
- Good command over CRM tools or lead management systems.
