**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Classroom Environment**: Create a positive, welcoming, and interactive classroom environment that encourages young children to explore and learn.
- **Student Assessment**: Observe and assess children’s progress in areas like language, cognitive, motor, and social development.
- **Parent-Teacher Communication**: Maintain regular communication with parents about their child’s progress, development, and behavior.
- **Child Development Support**: Help in the emotional and social development of children, providing encouragement and guidance.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of children during school hours.
- **Extra-Curricular Activities**: Plan and organize activities such as games, art, music, and group exercises to promote socialization and learning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
