Job Description of Quality Control Inspector:
1. Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements

2. Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence

3. Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements

4. Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs

5. Determining the causes of product defects and reworks

6. Verifying all equipment is calibrated correctly

7. Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods

8. Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials

9. Reject all the incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest

10. Take a thorough look at the plans, specifications, and blueprints to understand the product requirements

11. Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records

12. Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product

13. Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met

14. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure welds meet standards

15. Collect data and maintain records of welding activities

16. Elaborating and coordinating the welding specifications and standards

17. Monitor the control and issue of welding electrodes

18. Suggesting alternative welding techniques.

19. Demonstrating correct welding procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
