**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage content that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
- Monitor social media trends and industry developments to keep our content relevant and fresh.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
