**Role Overview**

We are on the lookout for a results-driven leader to spearhead our Masters of Speech Lab, focused on transforming students into confident communicators and leaders.

**Responsibilities**
- Draw up engaging training curriculums tailored to diverse needs and deliver training to students with varying levels of language proficiency.
- Look after the mentoring and development of students to bring out their confidence and adaptability.
- Roll out impactful public speaking sessions and set up signature events like TEDx.
- Work across teams to ensure smooth execution and measurable results.
- Take charge of training and managing teams for efficient lab operations.

**Qualifications**
- 7+ years of experience in public speaking, soft skills training, and leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in storytelling, facilitation, and programme development.
- A proactive and collaborative approach with strong mentoring skills.

**Outcomes Expected**
- Turn around students’ presentation and teamwork skills.
- Step up their public speaking skills and confidence to excel in interviews and professional settings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,893.29 - ₹25,327.93 per month
