Agadh is expanding With the launch of our new branch in Mumbai, we’re on the lookout for a highly skilled and versatile. We are seeking a Creative Visual Designer who is not only skilled in graphics, video editing and motion design but also up-to-date with the latest AI design tools and creative trends. This role demands a designer who can push creative boundaries — from social media ads, UGC edits to AI-enhanced designs and 3D visuals in Blender — ensuring Agadh stays ahead in the fast-evolving digital landscape.

What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver high-performing social media creatives (posts, reels, stories, carousels, ad visuals).
- Edit and produce short-form & long-form videos optimized for Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Create motion graphics, animations and transitions to elevate brand storytelling.
- Leverage AI-based creative tools (e.g., Runway, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, D-ID, etc.) for faster and trend-driven content creation.
- Develop 3D assets and visuals using Blender for campaigns requiring depth and realism.
- Stay updated with emerging AI design trends and bring them into Agadh’s creative workflows.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital outputs (color palettes, fonts, tone).
- Collaborate with UGC, performance and strategy teams to build scroll-stopping creatives.
- Maintain a creative innovation pipeline — test new tools, formats, and styles to keep content fresh.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining quality and innovation

Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics and video editing (agency or creative studio preferred).
- Strong portfolio covering social media ads, motion design and campaign creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
- Hands-on expertise with AI design/editing tools (Runway, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT plug-ins, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Blender (3D modeling, rendering, animations).
- Ability to blend AI + traditional design skills to create cutting-edge content.
- Good understanding of digital marketing creative performance metrics.
- Creative thinker, trend-spotter and problem solver
- Passion for experimenting with new tech in design.
