**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Talent Acquisition Executive** to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent to meet the growing needs of the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring we hire qualified employees that align with our company culture and long-term goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Collaborate with hiring managers** to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and establish effective recruitment processes.
- **Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline** for current and future hiring needs.
- **Ensure compliance with labor regulations** and maintain updated knowledge of hiring trends and best practices.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **3-5 years of experience** in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with **applicant tracking systems (ATS)** and HR software.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, employment laws, and company policies.
- **Strong organizational skills** and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
