1. Inspecting the _building_ for any sign of damage.

2. Monitoring the _building_ maintenance with budget.

3. Inspect all rooms include vacant, occupied and sharing also.

4. Inspect all the facilities provided by us like table, chair, cupboard (keys), mattress, cooler and air conditioner with remote,

5. Cleaning

6. One 2 one with students

7. Need to keep track of recharge status of wifi.

8. Know your students

9. Turn of geyser if needed

10. Turn of lights if not needed.

11. Ensure that students will get proper service.

12. Cross check housekeeping area.

13. Provides training to the new guards.

14. Handling all student’s queries (include room booking) and complaints.

15. Needs to check proper lighting, signage.

16. Provide training for emergency evacuation.

17. Maintain the records of tenants.

18. Should be clear about room occupancy.

19. Keeps the eye on food.

20. Discipline should be maintain.

21. Greet the every guest for show around.

Allocating rooms to the students.
- Maintain the decorum.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- 5years: 1 year (preferred)
