**Job Description**:

- Someone who approaches gaming critically and analytically.
- Demonstrates an understanding and willingness to research various gaming ecosystems.
- Specialisation in Interaction design is a plus
- Plus if I graduated from a game design college/university.
- Is able to work in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment.
- Hands-on and possessing a keen eye for detail, with the ability to present ideas, and recommendations clearly in verbal, written and presentation formats.
- Positive, pro-active attitude with a will to deliver, adherence to deadlines, and a quick problem solver.
- Strong communication skills.
- Last, but in no way the least, an avid gamer

Any graduation, and Any PG

Job Responsibilities:

- Craft system, level, narrative and puzzle design
- Lead & mentor the game design team.
- Generate new feature ideas, enhancements to existing product and collate requests from both internal and external sources.
- Create functional and UI specifications/design documents, business cases and wireframes, conduct reviews with requestor groups anddevelopment teams and be the main contact for the specifications/design during the game development and implementation phases.
- Interface with all relevant stakeholders to drive timely, seamless and successful rollouts/launches.
- Define, track and improve key product metrics and monitor those metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various - features performance and report key findings.
- Be the first point of escalation for any game related problems/queries.
- Create and maintain relevant product documentation for various internal customers.
- Stay abreast of developments in the gaming sphere. Be a player as well as a student of games.
