- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote financial products such as loans, credit cards, or insurance.
- Explain product details, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements clearly.
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of leads; follow up on inquiries and leads shared by the sales team.
- Handle inbound calls, respond to customer queries, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with field sales and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,634.26 per month
