**Job Description - SME - Structural Analysis Engineer****:
**Structural Engineering | Structural Analysis | Ribbed / Waffle Slab | Ansys / Abacus**

We are looking for a high-performing SME in Structural Analysis Engineering working on a product set to disrupt the international construction industry. hardcore engineering.

We are developing a Structural Analysis Software and BIM (Building Information Modelling) Application which will simulate and design buildings to withstand earthquakes, wind, and gravity loads, and we have no shortage of interesting challenges that require innovative
solutions and strong leadership to accomplish.

We are looking for talented, creative, and driven structural engineers with a proven track record in solving challenging technical and able to explain these complex issues to non-technical people.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Developing software requirements for analysis & design of waffle slab.
- Preparing the benchmark modules / templates.
- Testing and providing feedback to the developers in agile mode.
- Provide strong technical leadership with a focus on continuous improvement.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/ Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from an Institution of repute and/or proven track records.
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in reinforced concrete design, especially involving ribbed/waffle slabs or concrete beam systems.
- Hands-on experience of using international standards e.g., ACI, EC, NZ etc.
- Able to design structural elements from first principles and produce hand computation. Not be reliant of software to produce structural designs
- Background knowledge of commonly used structural analysis and design software solutions.

**PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Knowledge of using structural simulation software solutions like Ansys, ABAQUS, DIANA FEA etc.
- Sound knowledge in finite element method and nonlinear analysis.
