Office Administrator

We are looking for a motivated and responsible **Administrator cum Store In-Charge (Fresher or Entry-Level)** to support daily administrative operations and manage inventory at our educational center. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with good communication and organizational skills who is eager to learn and grow in a professional setting.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:
- Maintain records of student registrations, attendance, and documents.
- Assist in coordinating classes, exam schedules, and faculty needs.
- Support day-to-day operations and ensure office supplies are maintained.
**Store & Inventory Handling**:
- Maintain basic inventory of study materials, books, and stationery.
- Assist in issuing materials to students and staff as required.
- Keep records of inward and outward stock movement.
- Help in organizing materials for batches, exams, and workshops.
**Coordination Tasks**:
- Assist the Centre Head in event setups, classroom readiness, and vendor coordination.
- Follow up with vendors for delivery and service as instructed.
- Support data entry and report preparation in MS Excel/Word.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.).
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in admin/store roles.
- Good communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
