**Minimum Requirements**:

- ** At least 2 years of experience in biddable performance media execution**, with a strong preference for **programmatic retail media experience**.
- Demonstrated experience in campaign management and optimization across retail platforms, including Amazon DSP, Walmart, Citrus Ad, and The Trade Desk (TTD).
- Strong knowledge of the retail media landscape and a keen interest in keeping up with the latest trends in commerce media.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze performance data and derive insights that inform optimization and strategy.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across internal teams and with external partners.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of third-party measurement tools and platform restrictions preferred.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

**Manager** Ecommerce**
