Assess and diagnose patients presenting with various medical conditions.
- Provide immediate medical treatment and care to patients in emergencies.
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatment protocols as required.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and procedures.
- Perform procedures as necessary and ensure appropriate medical interventions.
- Handle emergency cases, including trauma, cardiac arrests, strokes, etc.
- Stabilize patients in critical conditions and coordinate with specialists for further treatment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients seen during the shift.
- Document patient history, diagnosis, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Ensure proper documentation of all procedures performed and any interventions.
- Work in collaboration with nursing staff, specialists, and other medical professionals to ensure effective care delivery.
- Provide support and guidance to junior medical staff and residents.
- Communicate with patients' families regarding diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment plans.
