**Role**

We are seeking a **CRM Executive** to manage, optimize, and execute our customer relationship management initiatives. You will play a key role in enhancing customer engagement, driving retention, and supporting business growth through effective CRM strategies and data-driven insights.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day CRM operations, including data updates, segmentation, and campaign execution.
- Manage and update all student and lead data in the CRM system.
- Track and analyze lead stages to improve conversion and retention rates.
- Coordinate with the sales, admissions, and marketing teams to ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Create reports on student inquiries, conversions, and engagement activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 -3 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement roles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting tools (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies
- Creative mindset with data-driven problem-solving ability.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
